Shipping method: Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which the USPS stipulates as a 2 day service. We have experienced of up to 5 days in certain parts of the US. Gomax is not responsible for actual length of time that the postal service takes to delivery the order. The Express Mail service delivers overnight with a guaranteed delivery time. If the customer is not at the shipping address, at the time of delivery, then it is the customer's responsibility to ensure delivery of the shipment (neighbor, mailbox or concierge, door service, etc). Absent such arrangements it is the customer's responsibilty to pick the shipment up at the post office per instructions slip by the delivering postal employee. Under no circumstances is Gomax Inc. responsible for the actual delivery process by the Postal Service, particularly when USPS delivery attempts fail does not have provisions in place ( s.a.).
Delivery: All products offered are stocked items. In case that customer orders unexpectedly exceed available stock, then Gomax will notify customers immediately of the anticipated shipdate.
Installation Instructions: All products are supplied with installation instructions to make installation of your shower filter or water filter as easy as possible. However, if some questions arise while you install the product or if you have questions to an issue not covered in the instructions, simply e-mail or call.

Warranty: Gomax water filtration products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for six monthsfrom the shipdate. The warranty covers any broken filtration components. In such case, Gomax will send a new replacement filter to the customer immediately after receiving the defective unit - it is the customer's responsibility to notify Gomax of the defect prior to returning any unit for replacement. If the customer requires instant replacement, i.e., he cannot wait for the defective unit to be shipped back and the time to receive the replacement unit, Gomax can ship the replacement immediately by charging the price of the new unit and sending the customer a company check for the cost of the efective unit upon receipt of the unit. If the customer is not happy with a delivered unit, Gomax will refund the purchase price, if Gomax receives the product within thirty(30) days of Gomax's shipdate. The customer bears the shipping cost for returning the defective item(s).
